I signed a contract for help with my loan modification and paid them $2500. They did help me with my paperwork but my modification was denied. I tried calling back to Terri Wells and John Reynolds at Nuvision for my refund which they said was guaranteed if I got denied for any reason and phone has been disconnected and all emails were rejected.
