NuVision Relief Center has not refunded my $2500 which we paid them in February. The Modification they helped me set up.
NuVision Relief Center was trying to help us save our home re-finance mortgage. We paid them $2500. They tried helping us set up a Modification for our mortgage company (Selene Finance). It took alredy more than 5 months. They supposed to refund my money back. I asked to Terri Wells at NuVision, underwriter manager for my present status many times. No answer!!! I have all correspondences evidence in my computer.
