As advertise on their website, was a replacement 2 pac batteries for my Sansung S3. When I received the package last Friday August 2nd. I installed one of the two into my phone and began charging it up. I received it with 63% battery life. I thought all was okay but, soon realized that the battery would not charge past 87% the first night. I noticed that the battery would loose charge quickly. The second night it would only charge to 93% and would drop as soon as you pulled it from the charger. The second battery was worse. I emailed Acctown and advised them what was happening. They responded by telling me they could give me store credit but no money back. I advised them that the batteries they sold me didn't say or have the Sansung logo on them and were these batteries for this phone model. Acctown reply was they have no technical staff and said store credit was all they could or a replacement with the same or similar item. They provide me with a return RMA # and said without this number no transaction will take place. There was also a restocking fee of 15% and I would half to pay for the shipping to and from. There isn't a direct phone number to call they only respond by email. They know for me to ship this back to them would cost me as much or more and i'm not sure what they would sent my or when I would receive it. I never would do business with this company again.
