Failed to refund for cancelled orde

I cancelled an order for a cell phone battery immediately after placing it. As expected, the order did not ship. However, the company did not refund the amount of the order to my account. The result is that I have to pay for a product never shipped or received, i.E., they stole my money.

The only way to contact the company is by email, but they have not responded to any emails sent over the last year.

If you do manage to find the company's phone number, you will find that their voicemail box is full for all extensions.
