I'm a contractor for Choice Home Warranty. And I did 2 plumbing jobs and were given an authorization number for each at a the cost above the price guide that the authorization dept agreed on... Later when they issued the checks for said jobs they were $55 to $45 short on each one... When informed them about it at accounts payable, they stated that they adjusted it to the price guide pricing even though there was an agreed upon amount with the authorization dept and an authorization number given to me
