Been a Plumbing Contractor in Mass. For 20 years. Deal with Residential & Commercial warranty companies on a regular basis. On 1/12 resonded to a service call for Sensible Home Warranty. With a promise of payment within 14 days of service. Apon arrival at residence recieved authrization number to proceed with service. Submitted all paper work for payment via fax & U.S. Mail. After 30 days rebilled via fax, mail, e-mail, left messages on four occations with a promise of a call back within 6 hours. Never anyone at Ext #206 or in accounts payable.
Feel bad for home owners & contractors who have to deal with Sensible Home Warranty.
Don't believe this company will operated in this manner for much longer.
