I went through the same process as other complaints. They called me, represented themselves as Microsoft personnel, then showed me errors. They talked me into $400. Coverage for 5 years. But when the payment had to go through western union, red flags popped up. Any reputable company would be able to process accounts through their own system. I immediately called western union and my bank and cancelled all payments. Now they are harassing me by phone to pay them. I have told them to file charges on me if they wish and lawyers can get involved, but they continue to call.
