I have made a transaction of 11th July through my sbi online bankin my transaction ref. No – Rs. 1400- from (kaunsa.com) MIFY Solution PVT LTD, but there were no update from seller from 2 weeks so I called their customer care, and got to know that the they will delieverd my product after 1 week but till that they havnt deliverd my product..
When I asked to cancel the order and refund the money, I was been told that they don’t have refund policy..
