Not received ordered product no refund my money

I ordered a mobile phone from KAUNSA.com,
samsung galaxy s3 amount rs 22365.

Order No ; KA/43358/T7C0QBRJ.
On 22/7 through DEBIT CARD
Delivery date is 06/08 but i am not received mobile till date 21/08 lot of time i am trying cancel this order directly to kaunsa customer care no and emails but no response i do not like this company. Very very bad experience. So please help cancel this order and refund my money. I want full amount rs 22365 please help me. My conduct no (Personal Information Removed). Emai I'd.
