When we got our RV it was dirty, only had 2 towels and washcloths for 9 people, only sheets for one bed, the cig lighter didnt work, so we were unable to use the GPS. While traveling to Wyoming we went through a windstorm that caused the awning bracket to pull off of the side and the awning to come loose. This was very dangerous and totally out of our control. The generator didn't work properly all week. They sent us an hour away to get it serviced, then texted when we got there to forget it bc they couldn't get us in, so we drove an hour back. They called and said for us to take it to another place in the town we were staying in. We stayed in town while they worked on the generator. This delayed our trip and cost us more money in gas. This company is trying to make us pay for the awning repair and not reimbursing us for any of the other problems with the RV.
