The MSA30X (a hearing device) was ordered, for a cost of $29.99 with a 2nd device free plus $7. Xx for shipping and handling. I returned the shipment, after obtaining a return authorization number from the company, for a refund. The refund credited to my credit card was only $29.99 where the original charge on my credit card was $57.79.
I contacted the company on 08/06, via phone, (877-362-4587) to question the refund and was informed that the additional charge of $27.80 was for shipping & handling to Hawaii. I stated to the service person that I would not have ordered if the shipping, etc, was almost the same as the device (s).
Do I have any recourse?
