SmokeFree Promised a free trial for just shipping and handling and then charged $149.00 plus 69.60 for refills i did not order

I ordered a free trial electric stop smoking device and was to only pay shipping and handling. I was charged 149.00 for the device. I was asked if I want refills for the device. I said no. A few weeks later I received a box of refills and was charged

69.90. All of these charges were credited to my credit card. The shipping and handling was to be 12.90 only.
