The hearing aids are WORTHLESS. The company rips you off with shipping and handling charges. We returned them and they gave us credit for the hearing aids. But, they made money on the other charges. Our bill for the hearing aids was $59.90. And, they charged us $31.80 for shipping and handling. I complained in the beginning and they agreed to give me 7.95 credit for some of the shipping and handling. But, since this company is a rip off, I wish I had not ever called and ordered anything from them. They need to reimburse me the other 23.85 since they do not make a product worth looking into.
