Around march or April i closed my credit card for which only had to make minimal payments. Capital ones banking practices has an illegal cognovit clause stipulated and they refuse to send me their copy of the agreement. The result is they never closed my credit card as i requested and they keep billing me minimal payments, interest charges and late fees which are illegal pursuant to16 C.F.R. Subsection 444.2 (a) (1) and 444.4 (a) (b).
