My wife and I had several credit cards with Capital One.in May 2011 we paid them off and we requested with the payments that they be closed. After a few months they started charging us account fees and late payments and then interest on top of that. They have not sent cards to use the accounts in a long time. They also did not bill us in advance for account fees so that we would know they had not closed them. Now, they are reporting us late on the account and the fees are compounding. I have called them once and contacted them by e-mail several times with out results. My wife as contacted them also. We need them to stop billing us immediately refund the balances and correct the errors they have made on our credit reports.
