One year ago, I signed up for a trial membership.
This past week, Ancestrys.com billed my debit card for $59.95. I did not authorize this charge. Further, when I try all of the phone numbers listed to get this corrected, I am put on hold and no representative ever picks up. I have called 1-888-896-4442,1877-643-8733,1-800-958-9075 and 1-800 ANCHESTRY to no avail. 1-800-ANCHESTRY has the same answering service as 1-800-958-9075.
I also noted in their business history that Ancestrys.com has no known employees.
This appears to have all the markings of a scam in progress.
