Just like another post, this company told me they contract out with Apple. Googled Apple Support on my IPhone and hit the number listed "direct dial". These guys are crooks after almost falling for their crap. I'm not Mac savvy whatsoever so I realize my stupidity has been costly. They tell you that you may have virus, get you to pay tech support fee (139.99) then advise you to purchase their Intego anti virus software $59.99. My problem was never fixed so on 2nd call a few weeks later, they say I need to purchase $149.99 external hard drive to fix it this time. Told them I will go to Apple tomorrow to see what they say as I finally knew I was being scammed.By this time "Jorge" got pissed and said he no longer could help me since I was not going to jump at his "generous offer". He stated his Supervisor "Frank, badge # 276314" was gonna reimburse a portion of the purchase. These ppl are crooks and I realize I'm out of $200. Hopefully enough complaints are filed so that ppl avoid them like the plague tho they will only change their name. Apple needs to put this info out to pc dummies like me when purchasing their products cause this company is claiming themselves as apple. I just learned the hard way.
