I was refused for a debt consolidation loan from the high street lenders I came upon their website that looked very proffesional I rang them up and they told me THEY WOULD GUARANTEE TO GET ME A LOAN they were very misleading and confusing and they took my card details and said 50p would come out of my account just to verify you are who I say I am I trusted them. 2 days later I received an e mail off them with 2 lenders who wanted to offer me a loan these were payday loan companies thats not what I applied for and upon checking my account the finance facility had taken £79.95 and when I rang them they said they have every right to charge as they found me 2 people who agreed IN PRINCIPLE to give me a loan. They were rude and misleading I feel robbed.
