I wanted a quote about a loan, applied and they rang me saying they will take 25p out for a fee to check if my bank was activated. I was told once a lender has rang with a quote in a loan then it will be in my bank withing 7 working days IF I accept. I had no phone call what's so ever and $107 was taken out of my account. Please help
