I accepted a free trial for s&h only. The ad said specifically that they were not like other companies that charge you for the product, that it was really a free trial, no strings attached. I was charged the $4.95 and a charge for $. 09 (which I find really strange as it is). I received an e-mail stating that they would be charging my account $119. I immediately called and asked them not to send it. They said it was already sent. I told them I would refuse the package and just send it as "not at this address". Tony (operator # 026) told me that they would just charge my account because that was how it worked. He told me I had to call and get an RMA code and mail it back at my expense.
