I ordered online a gift of Flowers and supplementary gift and paid the full amount on my Debit Card. This was followed up by a confirmation email saying the order was confirmed. I have phoned numerous times to see if the flowers have been delivered but they have not. I have spoken to the desired recipient today and they did not receive them. There is NEVER anyone available to speak to me on the phone.
I have emailed them today asking for a refund but they have ignored my voicemails all this month.
