Bloomex... No Flowers and a Credit Card Charge over $100! - Flowers

I ordered flowers and paid extra for same-day delivery so that they could be delivered yesterday. The flowers didn't arrive yesterday, they arrived today! I emailed and called them numerous times but there is no customer service agent, just an answering machine. After the flowers did not arrive yesterday I left a message and went through the live chat to advise that I needed the flowers for a dinner yesterday so they could cancel my order and refund my money since I didn't need the flowers anymore. When I tried their live chat, one agents responded with an automated message that did not answer my inquiry and another agent closed the message box and when I tried to open it again it indicated that I was "blacklisted".

Finally they emailed me back today and they stated that they refunded the difference in the delivery cost but they would not refund the cost of the flowers because they were already in transit. So now I am left with a credit card charge of over $100 and no need for the flowers.

I wish I had read the numerous negative reviews online and the warning by the Better Business Bureau before ordering from this company.

To those that are reading this before ordering consider if it's really worth taking the risk of ordering from them with so many negative reviews on the off chance that they might actually fulfill what they promise. They completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise during dinner! I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering... If you want my advice, learn from my experience and stay far away from Bloomex.
