Their 14-day full refund policy is FALSE when shipping to Canada. I had not even received the product within the 14-day period and on the 14th day they charge your credit card for the next month's supply. When I saw the credit card charge I called the company requesting to return the product - unopened - upon arrival to Canada. I got the approval to return the product - at my cost of over $20. I called after one month as I had not received my credit. The only refund I got was $66 on the Lipo Slim and to date NO refund on the Natural Cleanse product of $79.98 even after repeated monthly emails requesting they honor their advertised guarantee. Company is all about collecting on the 2nd month & not providing the refunds! Total money scam!!! 1
