It was advertised as "Lipo Slim 14 Day Trial". I ordered this on 9/30 which I did receive. The next thing I knew on 10/14 I was charged $79.99 by WCS 855-243-7992 but did not receive the product. Then I was charged 11/13 $79.99 by HEALTHPAY 888-628-8951 and I did receive the product. I was so upset because I never ordered any more of this stuff after the trial supply. I called Lipo Slim on 11/16 using phone #1-888-241-6463 to cancel my supposed subscription. A woman answered the phone who sounded Indian (from India) and I could hardly understand a word she said but I did understand that she would cancel my subscription and refund the $79.99. She told me to send the product back to Green Coffee Products in Phoenix, AZ using the RMA# she provided me with. I did this on 11/20 using US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt. The delivery was confirmed that they received it on 11/23. I am still seeing this charge on my credit card statement and no refund has been issed on either charge. I called Lipo Slim today to find out what was going on but they told me all systems were down and could not pull up any accounts and to call back in two hours. I also called Healthpay and was told the same story. I am working with my credit card company to get this resolved but am not having much luck thus far. Something is not right with this and some kind of action needs to be done about Lipo Slim and all the companies that are their distributors to keep this from happening over and over again with other customers.
