Called 866-257-5990 after clicking on Priceline.com in the "Ad" section of Google. Jay, the customer service agent told me the hotel I wanted to book was sold out and the Plan B hotel was sold out as well. He gave me an option for a hotel that was affiliated with the Marriott and stated it was comparable to The Sheraton Four Points Midtown Manhattan. NOT!!! The Washington Jefferson Hotel is not comparable at all. When I complained to Sam the manager at the 866-257-5990 (roomstay.com). I was informed it was too late because I already checked in. If you are looking for honest, reliable customer service do not use this company
