Like everyone else: ordered, waited, got ignored, filed a dispute, got mailed, contacted CS and suddenly got a reply!
They repeatedly asked for my email address, I never gave it to them, saying they could find it in the dispute log.
Told them I knew what they'd do to get me to cancel the dispute and demanded the gold first.
They promptly responded with something along the lines of: the manager will refund you. You can leave now. Bye. And the CS representative ended the chat from his/her side.
I have yet to see the actual refund on Paypal though.
