I ordered the 'free' sample size of Levela "all in one anti aging formula" and Splendyr "anti aging mask". I paid the S&H ($1.95 and $4.95) with my debit card. As I was doing my banking today, I saw there was an $89.95 charge for each product, from Levelaclear.com and Splendyr (spelled splendry on the bank statement). Both are connected to the Utah address I've listed.
