I was told I would get 2 free samples in the mail if I sent in $1.97 to Splendyr for face cream and $4.79 to Levela for facescrubs. When the items came, all that was included in the order was a packing slip with no other information. I did not want any more products and both companies charged me for the next shipment of $89.95 each on my bank account. I called and cancelled the orders immediately, but they said they would not be able to refund my money. As I was talking to a person from India, I had a lot of problems understanding him, but he was only allowed to give out certain information on the phone. I have never received any products&do not even have a good address on them. I am out $179.90 with nothing to show&I want my money back.
