I ordered free trial of their cream. I got the face mask instead. I did this 2 times! If you try to call, their system doesn't recognize your phone number. No one answers if you press "0" for live accotiate. If you try to cancell on the web site, it won't recognize your e-mail address, even though an order confirmation was sent to it!
