as my free gift. I was prompted to pay $1.97
for shipping and handling.
Splendyr billed me for $89.00 August 15
and August 29. They agree to refund August 29, shipment only providing I return the product unused. I only agreed to pay for shipping and handling and nothing else. They were not authorized to bill my card for $180.00
