I ordered the product online but never got a confirmation email and then it just arrived with no invoice or information on how to cancel or anything. I sent a follow up email asking how to contact them about the product and I was also interested in their eye cream but no response. I knew I had 14 days to try it out according to "rules"... It didnt make that big of a difference so I called to cancel and they said the 14 days began from when they sent it so they would not refund my money. I find the product mediocre but might have tried it another month had it not been so expensive as well as the costumer service so rude and unhelpful. They hung up on me twice. I will go out of my way to post bad reviews about this company and their lack of ethics.
