I ordered equinox day & night cream and was charged an additional 93.00 for plumplips cream, wrinkle cream, and eye cream I did not order. Did not rec'd any of these products. I called the number showing on my statement and got nowhere. The person I spoke to (I could not understand him) said something about checking a tracking #, came back to phone said his system was having a problem to call back in 15 minutes.
