I ordered a single report and paid. 99. A few days later I found on by Bank statement that I had been billed for the single report and billed 17.49 for the monthly rate. I did not sign up for monthly reports. I called their number when I saw this and the gentlemen said that he was sending my complaint to Customer Service for a refund. He also told me to write Customer Service and tell them I want a refund.
I have tried over and over to find [email protected] to no avail. I just want my refund. And I am hoping I will not be
billed again. Why should I have to write Customer Service when I reported the problem to a live person?
