I signed up for a single month of service. The company billed me again after the single month I agreed to. I notified the company I did not want their service for more than the one month and asked for a refund. The company policy explicitly states that any refund asked for within three days of billing will be granted. My request was on the same day as I was billed.
I received a reply from a customer service agent "Sarah." She denied my refund and basically told me tough. The exact language of the return/refund policy stated on the company FAQ page is, "Subscriber may cancel renewed subscription in writing up to three (3) calendar days after renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
