Was having a problem with my outlook e mail. I did a google search for outlook.com problems and this company came up. They purport themselves in the search as part of microsoft. I granted the tech remote access to my PC via an applet, they did a scan, and told me the problem was caused by many thousands of viruses in my PC (I use an anti virus so I new that was a lie). They wanted to charge me $249 for fixing it. I said no, they haggled, and I said to disconnect me from their remote access. After a few minutes they did, but they left some programs in my PC, to gain access when I least expect it, which I subsequently removed. Hopefully I am rid of them permanently but innocent people must be warned and avoid them.
