I have a prior reservation to have my family (5 members) to be picked up at 9:15pm at Los Angeles Airport (LAX) and drop-off to Fontana last July 06. I called 3 times from overseas few days prior to our arrival to confirm the pick up ride. Nobody answered their phone and never returned my messages. I got an email confirmation from 24-7 on the day of our arrival and gave me the name and phone number of the driver to pick us up. When I turned ON my cellphone upon arrival at the airport, I got a voicemail at past 8pm from 24-7 letting me know that the pick up was cancelled due to the driver is sick and they will just refund my advance payment. I called the driver and found out that he is not sick and I was informed that he got a car instead of a VAN so he could not pick us up. Today is 07/16 and I never see my refund to my credit card.
