When I got my quote for my auto pickup, it was for the 28th of february, a monday, and there is a 2 day windown period for a pickup. It is now a week later and I still haven't gotten my car picked up.
I called the company to ask what was going on. They gave me the same excuse, that the driver is in Baltimore Maryland. After 5 Days they finially told me that the driver was sick, supposdly had the stomach flu, and just called in that day. I was never informed that the driver was sick, my customer was never informed that the pickup was going to be late. Never scheduled another driver or anything to pick up my car. For all I know he could have called in sick for a few days to visit family, and was still getting paid to pick up my car.
My pick up date for the car will hopefully be a week and a half after my scheduled date, and I am still paying the full price for the pick up.
Just absolutley terrible service. Manager not even on duty when I called customer service
