My card was fraudulently used to buy this product. I saw the charge for $4.95 a few days after it happened on 4/23, and called them to let them know and cancel the card.
I called 6 times over a period of 3 days and no one ever answered the phone. I called different times and different days, and still nothing. So I emailed them letting them know what happened on 5/07.
At first they just emailed saying they cancelled future orders. I let them know it wasn't my order and I wanted my $4.95 refunded. Not that it's a big deal, but it's the principle of the matter.
They waited till 5/10 to email me back saying it was over a 2 week period and wouldn't refund the money. To make matters worse, they charged $88.95 on top of it! They flat refused to give me the money even though the first times I made contact with them was inside the 2-week trial period! Now I'm fighting with my banks to get the money back: (
What a bloody rip-off! Charged for something I didn't even get!
