So just called to cancel my tech support that I had to pay 119.99 for when I thought I was dealing with Dell. Was told since I didn't keep it for 3 months I wouldn't get the 59.99$ software rebate (from the software they forced me to buy) and then she hung up on me before the cancel was complete, now for some convenient reason I can't reach anyone and have been on hold for an hour. Read some bad reviews where almost everyone that has dealt with this company has had to cancel their debit and credit cards because they end up getting their identities and info stolen. This company needs to be stopped.
