I made a purchase of $9.00 us dollars for item for path of exile. I contacted them via their chat locate at their website. My first contact was made after 3 hours of waiting. When asked how much longer they refused to give me an answer. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me one. Maggie the operator loled at me. She actually typed lol.
This is where I catch them lying to me. She then said: "give me a sec to ask if I am allow to do it". The answer obtained NO. But the only one who can give her the answer would have to be a manager, which she has replied to me 2x that he wasnt present, when asked for a refund. Since according to her, he's the only one that can give me a refund.
Not only do they ridicule me when trying to find a solution to their mess. They lie and have me waiting on their chat for their response. Never do business with these people again. There are numerous website such as d2legit.com that have offered amazing serves and great prices. The only reason I tried these new guys was because they were 5 cents cheaper then my regulars and though I would give them a chance. Boy was I mistaken
