I followed the sizing guide on their website and ordered some ugg boots. When they didn't arrive within the period for delivery I emailed them and they arrived another week later. When I unpacked them they were much bigger that what I had ordered and so I contacted them straight away and asked for an exchange. Despite a standard exchange/refund policy on their website, they now claimed that they only did so if they had made a mistake or if the item was damaged. I explained to them that their sizing chart is wrong and that the boots i had ordered were 3cm longer making them unwearable and so it WAS their mistake but they did not accept this. I then asked for a return address but they refused to give it to me. They offered me a 10% refund. I asked them again for a return address as the boots were useless to me but again they refused. They then offered me a 20% refund which I also declined as I wanted my money back. I took out a dispute with them through paypal (my method of payment) to which they then offered me a 25% refund. They just will not take back these flippin boots. I eventually asked them for a 50% refund but this was declined... Paypal was useless and so I reluctantly took the 25% refund and now I will have to try to sell the boots on ebay to get my money back. I will NEVER again buy from a non uk internet company and will never trust any returns policies on websites. These people are crooks and a disgrace to the online community. Do not trust them, do not give them any money as you can kiss it goodbye and expect nothing but lies and poor service from them.
