I oredered a free sample of RVTL, paid shipping of 4.95. Product was sent, there was no invoice or information in the box on trial dates, no information on cancellation or anything. Was very busy moving, did not think another thing about it until my card was charged for $89.00. Called them. I was told that I could get a refund as soon as the next shipment arrived. I cancelled my credit card that day. The next shipment arrived the next day and so did another charge of $95.00. I called the bank and they said that the company sent a request to be paid that the bank honored. I called company. They said too bad. They would not give me a refund, I could not talk to anyone manager or anyone in charge.
