After I pushed the "submit" button for this "trial" order, a screen quickly popped (and disappeared) saying that I'd signed up for a recurring monthly charge. I searched the site for details and there was no way to get that screen to reappear without ordering it again! So I waited for it to appear on my doorstep. (they do not tell you that you are also going to be charged for the additional $93.00 for the "trial" shipment) Unfortunately I was out of town when it came and it sat on my desk until the second shipment arrived which was today. I called right away and have been told "company policy" will not allow any refund on the first shipment, but as a "one time exception", if I return the second shipment, they will refund $49 of my $99.95. Never thought I would have been scammed like this...
