I allowed RVTL also known as Equinox to send me a trial offer of facecream to only include shipping of 4.95. Received my sample of RVTL in May 2013 and was charged 4.95 to my account. On June 1 was charged 105.00 to my credit card for the same product. Called the customer service rep "Paul, He said that I did not cancel my subscription and owed the money. I let this slide and at that time cancelled my subscription and was sent an email with a cancellation #. On June 30,2013 I received another shipment and did not open. July 2,2013 was charged 95.95 to my credit card for this product under the company name RVTL. So I called CS. It sounds like a room full of people are talking, but Paul is the only one there. I know this by him transferring my calls and answering as another person. LOL I said Hi Paul again. He said no this is Ryan. Yeah right. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me managers and supervisors do not take calls. Really Ryan/Paul. I asked him who owns this company? And he said he was not allowed to tell me. I asked if he was in the United States and he said "sure". He said policy states that no one can return unopened products for a refund nor can he reimburse any account. I said you're in real trouble Ryan/Paul and he said he would have to release call if I continued to use foul language. OK Ryan/Paul. I called the number around 15 times in 30 minutes and Paul answered every single time. Lol I said Hi Paul can I have a refund if I return my product to you? He said hold on while I look up your account, but Paul, (I said) I didn't even give you my name. Lol Anyway I was having about 196.00 dollars worth of fun.
I asked what company he was going to use next month to charge my account? OK, seriously, I have to change my credit card and everything that goes with this to get this to stop. So lesson learned. I will continue to call "Paul" cause he's fun to talk to.
