I used to use their service for over 10 years never had a problem. Their app all of a sudden decided to stop working and go through my local carrier. With my persistence I finally got a hold of customer service and asked them to look into it. Again they kept conveniently saying they needed my information again and again and finally over a month later said that the app was fine. On top of that, I have a balance of $40 on my card and I want them to close my account they say they can only refund $5! On top of the $800 they aren't reimbursing me they can't even refund me my balance! Their topmost customer service representative started yelling at cursing at me on top of it all when I was totally calm with her. Horrible customer service and can't admit that their app was faulty! By the way, I did absolutely nothing different - continued to make calls as I normally did there was no reason that the app shouldn't gone through on my side. Additionally - there was no way to begin with that the user knows if the app is working or not - my stupidity for trusting such a lousy company!
