TubeChannelDoctor Experience 101...
Okay guys...
So about a year back I used this service it worked perfectly fine. I decided to become a customer again, only be led through some of the worst customer service ring around since mymobilemoneypages.com.
The software clearly did not work for me...
I was told at first that they were changing servers... Ok
Then I was told it wasn't working cause I needed to install Net 2.0... Ok
Then I was told that it wasn't working because I was running it on a 64-bit machine... Ok
So I installed it on 3 (yes 3 different machines) all 32-bit based... Still didn't work... Ok
Finally, shut down that account... Asked for a refund... 3 months later no refund.
"They are working on it" - The refund apparently is a very complicated task to take care of.
In my own stupidity and curiosity, I opened a second account, perhaps it really was my fault and I was jumping to conclusions about TubeChannelDoctor and their Clayton Cole and the sweetheart IT Team (which doesn't exist).
