My Frig. Quit working, I called Samsung for service they told me they would contact me within 3 days, it's now day 7 and no call. I did call them at the end of day three. I was angry with the I don't give a damm attitude they projected. It was like talking to a computer they are very well scripted.
The truth is that they don't have anyone in the Tacoma, WA. Area that I could find that would work on Samsung with the factory, I did call all of the companys in the phone book and some of the people I talked to had nothing good to say about Samsung as a company to service for. They would see what they could do for me but would not work with Samuung.
When I called Samsung I told them I was going to do this. I will never buy another Samsung product. I paid $1200 4 years ago and they can't find a service tech to fix it.
