Apple sold me a Mac Pro full upgraded, when I received it had been damaged and the screen was shattered. I tried to call them and ask for a refund but they refused and even wanted me to pay service charge for the repairs because it is a refurbished Mac Book Pro, I am damn fed up with apple inc. For cheating people.
