Apple sold me a mac pro full upgraded, when i received it had been damaged and the screen was shattered. I tried to call them and ask for a refund but they refused and even wanted me to pay service charge for the repairs because it is a refurbished mac book pro, i am damn fed up with apple inc. For cheating people.
