Buyer beware! Don't purchase from rvtl! I ordered the trial size HTVL Ageless Beauty cream on 06/29 and paid the shipping of $4.95. Never received product and it wasn't until my checking account was charge $93.00 for the product. I called immediately to let them know that I had not received the product. They were very argumentative and told me that they had a tracking # from the USPS showing item was delivered on 07/01. I am an honest person and was made to feel that I was a liar. They told me I would have to file a complaint with the USPS, which I will do. No company should treat their customers with the disrespect that I was shown. Rude, rude, rude! They would not work with me at all. Very, very dissatisfied with company!
