I ordered a 'free sample' of RVTL Anti-Aging Skin Care Cream in July for the cost of shipping - $4.95. No where on the order sheet did it state that I was agreeing to continuing shipments of RVTL. However, today - August 6 - I received another (unsolicited) jar of RVTL to the tune of $99.95 charged to my credit card. I called the company at 877-690-1935 to request a refund and tell them I was returning the product. I was told the company policy was "NO REFUNDS" and that I should have researched the company before ordering the 'free sample.' This unethical, unscrupulous company should be run out of business immediately. What a scam on unsuspecting customers willing to try their worthless product - which, by the way, did not work as their fraudulent advertising said it would. Please do what you can to expose them, their fraudulent advertising, an worthless product.
